Create an account: follow the steps to create an account on Nimbly.

Post a job: it is just as easy. Click on ‘post a job’ on the top bar and fill out the form with the job details. Wait for Nimblers to send their interest or invite your favourite workers to apply so that they get the chance first.

Review offers: click on the Nimblers name to see their profile and experience, then hit on Hire and they will receive a notification of the confirmed shift. Then all you need to do is message with any details they need to know eg: start time, if special work clothes are required, etc...

Review and approve Nimblers’ timesheets: you will receive a notification when Nimblers submit timesheets for you to sign off. If you find any issues with the records, please contact the worker to sort and submit a new timesheet. After you approve the timesheets you will receive the invoice for the Nimblers’ work.

Once the job is finished, mark it complete and leave a rating and review for the Nimbler, it will come up on their profile so other employers can see how well they performed.

Create a profile: follow the steps to create an account on Nimbly. Verify your ID by applying for the ID pin on the pins page on your profile. This is a very important step in order to be successfully hired for jobs.

Apply for jobs: Found a job you have the skills to do, click on APPLY and your application will be sent to the company to review your profile. If they find you are a good match, they will just click on Hire and the contract starts. Everything you need to know about the job can be sorted via messages with the company on the Nimbly platform.

Turn up for work: After you finish the job you have been hired to do, just fill out the online timesheet and click on submit for the company/supervisor to review and approve. In the instance they find any errors or doubts re the records they should get in touch to discuss and sort out.

Complete a job: Once your timesheet gets signed off and the job is finished, mark it complete and leave a rating and review to your employer so other Nimblers know how good it was working for them.
