How we collect your data
When you visit our Platform, we may collect personal data in the following ways;
1. Information you provide directly: when you visit or use parts of the Nimbly Platform, we might ask you to provide personal information and data to us. For example, we could ask you for contact information when you sign up to the platform, create a profile and use the services provided, respond to an email offer or contact us with questions and/or support. You do not have to provide give us your personal information; however, this may mean that you won’t be able to use parts of the services or platform.
2. Information that we collect automatically: when you visit our platform or use our services, we may collect information about your IP address, device type, web browser and cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages, services and products that you view, including what pages you looked at and links that you clicked on, what websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with Nimbly. This information is useful for us to get a better understanding of how people are accessing and using our platform and services. Some of this information is collected using cookies and other tracking technologies.
3. Information we get from 3rd parties:
- Log in, connect or link your account with a third-party service (e.g. Facebook), the third party service may send us information such as your registration and profile information from that service. This information varies and is controlled by that service or as authorised by you via your privacy settings at that service.
- Background Information: some services and functions that we provide, such as pins and verification services, require background checks as authorized and requested by you. To obtain various Pins to add to your profile, we will need to collect information and obtain reports from third parties. (example, police check, identification check, qualifications check). This service is on request only and we will NOT request any of this information from 3rd parties without your request and permission to do so. Only the Pins will be added to your profile, NOT any of the information or reports collected from 3rd parties. Please refer to our “Pins” section on our website.
- Other information collected: we may collect other data from other sources, these may include publicly available information, data from marketing and research partners.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform and provide you with any services that you have requested. We will also use your data to manage the relationship we have with you.
We may use your data in the following ways:
1. To Publish your stuff on the platform – This may include Your public profile, Your posting/listing content, Your feedback, (we allow Users to provide feedback and rate each other), Comments on message boards. If you submit content on a message board, social media post or other similar feature on our Services, that content will be publicly visible.
2. Direct Communications – we may contact you by phone, email, text message, instant message or otherwise (e.g. by “push notifications” on your mobile device, subject to your application settings) in relation to your account or information that you have requested or information that we are required to send to you or for support purposes.
3. Operational Communications – operational and Platform changes and updates, we may ask you for feedback. We reserve the right to send you administrative and account-related messages that you may not opt-out of. If you choose to not receive these, then you must close your account
- Security – to detect fraudulent and malicious activity
- Improve and update our Platform – we may track or monitor your use of our Platform and services to provide analysis for enhancement of user experience, Platform services or to provide updates and more efficient tools.
- Marketing – we may use your personal data to display targeted marketing online via our own platform or 3rd party sites and platforms.

When you use the services Nimbly offers, we will maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
