Code of Conduct Policy
This code sets out principles and behaviours that the Nimbly community reasonably expects of all members. Its not rocket science, just common sense
1. Basic Principles for all members
- Conduct themselves honestly and in good faith at all times.
- Comply with all Zealand laws and regulatory obligations set out by the New Zealand Government.
- Comply with Nimbly Terms and Conditions
- No scraping: You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Site or information featured on it for any purpose. You also may not manually scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data from our Site without our express permission.
- Do not post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish or send through the Platform any of the following:
- Content that is unlawful, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable
- Content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law
- Content that may impinge upon or violate the publicity, privacy or data protection rights of others, including pictures, videos, images or information about another individual where you have not obtained such individual's consent
- Content that makes false or misleading statements, claims or depictions about a person, company, product or service
- Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party
- Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
- Viruses, malware of any kind, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive and malicious files or code.
- You agree not to request or supply services that involves or transports drugs (legal or illegal), drug paraphernalia, firearms and ammunitions, sex, escort services, or any other items prohibited as set out by New Zealand Law.
2. Job Posters agree to
- Describe services required accurately
- Offer a rate that is fair and reasonable, that is not less than the minimum wage
- Respond to messages and notifications as soon as possible
- Sign off Timesheets within 24 hours of the Nimblers final shift
- Provide a fair working space that is safe and inline with New Zealand health and safety laws
- Not place negative feedback without making best endeavours to resolve issues through email first.
- Not engage in retaliatory feedback or behaviour.
- Not subsequently spam or stalk previous Nimblers or other members
- Pay for the services provided promptly
3. Nimblers agree to:
- Only apply to jobs where you have the skills, expertise and or ability to complete the job satisfactorily and in accordance with requirements of the listing
- Respond to emails and notifications as soon as possible
- Not place negative feedback without making best endeavours to resolve issues through email first.
- Not engage in retaliatory feedback or behaviour.
- Not subsequently spam or stalk previous posters or other members
